SHIPPING

Your orders are prepared and sent within 24 hours after placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays).the order must be placed before 10am to be sent the next day.

You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been sent. This email will contain a tracking number so you can track each stage of delivery until your order is received.

Hermes is our favoured carrier.

For home deliveries within GB, shipping times range from 1 to 2 working days.

PRICE OF SHIPPING

Delivery in mainland GB is free with a 60£ purchase.

If you spend less than 60£, the cost is 5,50£ for 48-hour deliveries and 6,50£ for 24-hour deliveries.

RETURNS

In accordance with the law, we offer you the possibility to return your order to us within fourteen days of receiving it.

And if the package I received does not match my order, what do I do?

Oops! Remember that this normally never happens. If, however, this falls on you, contact our customer service advisor immediately. She will be happy to explain how to exchange or return your order; your shipping costs will of course be refunded. We apologise.

REIMBURSEMENT

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, if a Product delivered does not give full satisfaction to the Customer, they may return it to YESforLOV within fourteen (14) days from the date they received the order.

The Customer must send an email to the address contact@yesforlov.com specifying the order number and informing the company of their decision to return the item. YESforLOV will send the return procedure to the Customer. The return costs will be paid for by the buyer.

The products must be returned in their original packaging (or, at the very least, in packaging that is equally durable so that it will protect the said Products during their return transport). They must be in their original box, un-opened, and in perfect condition, allowing YESforLOV to resell them: unopened and complete with everything they came with (accessories, instructions, warranty ...).

When returning products that have been subject to a promotional offer, including one or more free gifts, the Customer must also return said gift(s) received along with the Product(s) in their original box, under the same conditions as indicated.
